Hi Ned,
I found out a couple of days ago that one of my Tulip photo's has won first place for the 2012 Tulip Art Contest. I was surprised as in many of the past years winners were entries by artist working in oils, watercolor and acrylics. This is the first photograph winner that I could see in quite awhile. My photo, included here, of Green Tulips will have the "Woodland Tulip Festival 2012" text added and be printed as a limited edition poster that will be available for sale at the festival by the Holland Bulb company.
If interested, more information on the photo and Tulip Festival is available on my blog at, {url}http://www.craigstrandphotography.com/blog[/url]
Hopefully you or others have placed in the 2nd and 3rd place winners group.
Regards, Craig
You have given us high standards, indeed, Craig. Way to wave the PNWNP flag, and hearty congratulation. Your hat has so many feathers in it that by now it's a headress!
