5D Mark III High ISO Example
I received my 5D Mark III a couple of days ago. I went to Old Town in Albuquerque last night to begin to understand the capabilities of this new camera.

Here's an example shot from last night. This has NO post processing done other than resizing for the web. The original was a RAW file. You can imagine the light level based on the technical shooting data:

Canon 5D Mark III
24-105 @ 80mm

ISO 6400 1/20 @ f/4

Larger version included as well.

Since we know that downsizing takes out a lot of noise could you add a section from this image at original size?

Hi Richard. Sure. Here's a crop of the image that was taken from an actual pixel level view in Photoshop.

Sweet, Keith. It's not in my budget, but it sure looks nice.

Noise level looks like my 5D full frame at iso 200!

Can I ask where you got your 5D III? Still waiting on mine from B&H, when I ordered they said I should have it beginning of April.
