its been a very long time since I have posted on NPN, but won't bore you with the reasons. I still have a passion for wildlife photography over all other photography pursuits.
My equipment is limited to a Nikon D200 and a Nikon 70-300mm vr lens. However would like to share to be part of the NPN community, again.

Welcome back Dave.
A very smart nuthatch in a lovely pose. It could benefit with being positioned a little higher in the frame and some may think that there is a little too much detail in the BG but I do not mind it in this particular shot

Nice pose on the bird but a bit busy on the background. If it were mine I might consider cropping it to a vertical and therefore losing all that distracting area on the left. We can post larger versions as well now so you might want to do that as it gives a much better image to critique.
