Wild Dogwood
Too much of a workload to break away for any serious shooting trips, so I've been bringing my Canon G11 along on my walks for exercise. I find that, if I take the time to look for the right subject (background, lighting, etc.), the G11 is a darn good close focusing camera.

That is some pretty crisp detail, Howard. Nice lighting, too.
Looks a wee bit past its prime, though.

Good job on keeping the creative juices flowing! I have the G10 and it does a pretty darn good job on the fly. Nice lighting here!
