Can anyone recommend a good quality, affordable circular polarizer for my Tokina 12-24. It is 77mm. I have had vignetting problems in the past on my 28-70, and want to avoid that. Thanks for your assistance.

I've used Hoya polarizing and other filters for years with no issues or problems at all.
You can find a good price for a Hoya 'slim' polarizer on eBay. This is where I purchase all of mine.
Note that polarizers on ultra wide angle lenses like yours will almost always result in very unattractive unevenly polarized skies at the widest angle of view.

I use a B&W 77mm Slim C-Pol on my Tokina 12-24. Excellent quality and no vignetting. No front threads though, so no lens cap when it's on. I think it was $105 a couple years ago through B&H. I heard someone now makes a slim CPL for wide lenses that does have front threads. That would be nice.
