Blue Tit
I know its another Blue Tit but these to me are IMO simply great birds to photograph. Cracking little birds especially when you can work to capture the fine detail in their plumage. Hopefully I have done the bird justice

Hi Vincent, well you certainly have done the bird justice in my opinion, the fine detail in the plumage is excellent,(not sure if the bird is too central but works for me), the perch couldn't have been better either, great little bird

Oh this is lovely! An interesting dynamic pose, superb perch and glorious bg. A stunner!:toast:

BTW Just managed to finish erecting the Barn Owl box I bought from you - a little late for this year probably!

Very nice indeed Vince.I particularly like the beautiful, soft even lighting on the bird.
Nice pose too,as though he's just about to inspect those lichens for any food.
I also like the background, with that lighter area of green kind of spot-lighting the bird.

Thanks for the comments above, much appreciated :toast: With regards to more room I wish there was some as I also think it would of been better. Nevermind

Clive, well done for helping the local Owl population by acquiring a Barn Owl Box from us, please keep me updated on any activity. Please note that if you get Jackdaws taking up residence, my advice would be to evict them as they will fill the box up with twigs, this reduces the space in the box and will deter any Owls from using it. Nest boxes also act as a roost site so if you get one nesting or roosting it's positive. Now its down to them! Good Luck :toast:
