A while since my last post, but I now have a new hard disk in my laptop so am able to start editing and posting again!
This is another from the Bittern series. I think it has suffered from a loss of detail due to my dodgy noise reduction/sharpening technique, but I have now discovered what "Threshold" does on Photoshop, so don't need to use nr as strongly!
Techs unavailable at the moment as I haven't installed Photoshop yet.

Another nice one Oscar.
Did you get your data back ??
I'm not quite sure about the bird's position in the frame but I really like everything else about this Oscar. Great POV and soft colours.

Congratulations.
You're doing a great job with the Bittern, it is has proved to be one of the most difficult to locate and photograph from my efforts which makes your results outstanding. Envy creeping in.

Keith,
The best of the bunch IMO, Oscar. Great lighting on the Bittern and the soft muted colours work well
