Just a play with an old Mallard egg and some regular visitors to a perch. This image is one of my favorites from the session.

Canon 1D MkII N
Canon 600mm + 12mm extn tube
Car and bean bag used as hide/support
1/100sec@f11 iso 400 raw

Crazy shot Kev :biggrin: & brilliant :toast:

I look forward to the Woodpecker Cider promotional shot :toast: Try glueing some bark to the side of a big bottle of cider so its out of site from the shot or cut some slits in the bottle for the feet to grip, the woodpecker should cling to it, would need to weighted though to stop it falling over, that type of shot woody be good :biggrin:
