stone faced with repost
I went to an open space park close to home and did some exploring. I came across this on the surface of the weathered rock surface. It kind of reminded me of a face with the eyes looking back at me. Thanks for the C&C in advance.

Very cool anthropomorphic image! It comes up a too dark on my monitor though.....might try lightening it up the lichened rock some while leaving the eyes dark. Great eye for catching this unusual image!

"Somebody's watching me." I agree with Don that it needs to be a little lighter. Probably just a curves adjustment. There are some cool shapes in the rock. Nice find.

thanks for the input guys, I hope I got it right. Morris, this is someplace you might want to check out for yourself. It's gateway mesa just off of highway 86. It has alot of possibilities for shooting thunderstorms this summer.

I saw it immediately. Reminds me of this fellow.

Well seen Michael! It's really neat how the cracks in the mud in one of the "eyes" mimic the cracks in the "hide."

Cool, but it looks blurry

You're right Stan. I plan on shooting this again until I get it right.
