Last weekend I had the opportunity to photograph Red Sqiurrels from the home-made hide of Edwin Kats. I had a great time and the squirrels were very cooperative. This one experienced a sudden gust of wind, which caused a nice postion of the ears.

Hi Sandra, love this unique capture of a great little character. Colour & detail look good and the BKG works well to separate the subject. Nice one.

Superb image Sandra and the ear tufts are fantastic! Nice and sharp and the Bg is diffused just enough to isolate the squirrel.

Lovely pose well captured but do feel the OOF does attract a little too much attention and i understand Phil's comment on the BG as it looks a bit too much like a camouflage netting but i gues a bit more blurring would do the trick here.
It is a handsome looking fellow though!

A lovely image, Sandra. The tufts look great, almost like little horns.

Maybe a tiny bit central for me.(Looking out of frame ) Each to their own views though.
