Not sure what the hydrangea tree limb does to or for this photo.

Craig, I hope that is not the last owlet update. Keep them coming.

That is a very well captured tulip Jim. I love the OOG Green BG and the inclusion of the tree limb. While this is very well done as is, my only suggestion would have been to compositionally move the camera to the left or the tree limb more to the left so that the bloom falls between the two leaf clusters for more balance.
As for the owls, I doubt I will get to see them so close as they start moving I'm sure they will head higher into the trees and I am not a big fan of bird "butt shots." But, thanks for following the couple that I posted.

Beautiful capture Jim! Excellent light and detail. The background really complements the shot and the hydrangea branch adds to the image. I agree with Craig's comment about the branch but the image is excellent as is.

I agree with Craig, Jim. Good capture of the tulip and colors. I might also add, if it was possible, to have the tree branch a little further back from the tulip or more out-of-focus so that you can still see it, but just a "touch of it" (if that makes any sense to what I'm trying to explain).

Lovely subject, Jim. The others have provided some great suggestions. Since it's a backyard tulip, easy to try 'em out. Very nice shot as is, too.
