Hey folks, My wife and I took a trip to The Dalles this weekend and I shot sunset Saturday evening. The wind was blowing around 40 MPH which made for tough shooting conditions. The good news is the Balsamroot and Lupine are starting to explode. I would have to say it's getting close to peak. Here is a sample of the conditions. I processed on my laptop since I'm away from my calibrated monitor. This was shot at ISO 1250 on my D7000.

Thanks for the update Erik. I'm going to check it out for myself tomorrow.
