This may be easy, but not for me. Taken this morning in Northeastern PA. There was another bird, looked very similar, that flew off before we got to stop. Sorry for the photo. :( thank you for your help as always!!

A bit hard to tell from the photo but likely a Broad-winged or Red-shouldered Hawk.

Checking "Field Guide to Birds in North America", it appears to be a Broad-winged Hawk.
