RMNP'er here, heading to northern Nebraska (Valentine) this weekend for the first time. It's a family trip so my shooting time will be limited and I'd like to maximize that time if possible. I know about the Nature Conservancy property near Springview and the Niobrara Scenic area but need some tips on other possible subjects. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Don't know Nebraska that well and we do not get many Cornhuskers here, but hopefully some of the Kansas folks cam help.

To me that part of the country us all about farming, if that interests you. For more nature I would follow the rivers as the rivers of the Midwest are some of the best landscapes and wildilfe corridors.

Wish I knew a good park to visit, but it sounds like you know a couple.

Have fun. Let us see some pics when you get back.
