ID Help

Went through the only bird book I have and I am not able to determine what kind of bird this is. This was taken yesterday afternoon. The location is in a park in north-east Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thank you for your help.

I'd say Amercian Kestrel, female, Anthony.

I'd say "ditto" , Anthony, to Keith's "I'd say"
The streaked breast , the repeatedly banded tail, and the black moustachial and post-orbital vertical stripes are the give-aways.

Thanks for the help. It's the first Kestrel that I have seen around here and had no idea what it was.
