I need help choosing paper for Color & B&W printing. I'm using a lab here in Portland,Or. They suggested Chromira digital chrystal arhival prints on Fuji paper. Is this paper also good for B&W prints.
Any suggestion on what paper to use are very much appreciated. And also any suggestions on how to ship prints are very welcome. Thank you for your time.
I do not know if you would consider using White House Custom Color or not. They get all of my business now with a small variety of papers including the Fuji, I believe. They do excellent work. Once you set up an account, shipping is free to you after a $12 minimum order and you can drop ship for $7.50 to wherever. The best thing I like is no matter the size, nothing is rolled - always flat shipped and expertly packaged. After several orders, never a problem. Most of the time I order and it is shipped the same or next business day (if it is a weekend) and I get them in 2 days. I had issues with another major company I won't mention unless you want to email me - very hard to work with and botched one of my first orders with them to a client so many times I had to send out to White House..
