May Cover: Jeff Hackett
We had some outstanding examples of human interaction with nature for our theme last month! Thank you to all members who contributed.

The May Home Page selection goes to Jeff Hackett for his beautiful image of the windows area of Arches National Park. Please join the mods in congratulating him. His photo is also a fitting way to introduce our theme for May: "Utah!" Be sure to submit your images this month!

Jeff, congrats on the cover shot. The addition of the person in the arch makes a great element.

Thank you very much everyone for the kind words! It really is an honor to have one of my images chosen for the monthly cover.

Congratulations Jeff! I've taken that same shot a couple different times and never had a person enter the frame, the Window looks huge with someone standing there.

Congratulations, Jeff! You had some mighty stiff competition this month, too.
This really is quite beautiful, and one of the few landscape images I've seen that actually benefits from having a person there.

VERY nice shot!
Last time I was there, I had all kinds of problems with people climbing up there. Couldn't wait until they left. Maybe next time, I should just include them!
