Sand Falls
Here's one from a trip down South last week.

Richard, I like the silkiness of the sand fall and how it stands out against the shadowed surface behind. Would it be possible to tone down the brightness of the spot on the floor, the top of the sandfall, and the top surface of the ledge?

I fully agree with Doug's comment. With just a little adjustment this will be a really special image.

Here's one cleaned up a little. Thanks Doug

The re-post looks better. My only suggestion would be to crop the top 10% of the image as the bright ledge really draws the eye away from the rest of the image. Cropping also simplifies the image.

When I first saw this I had the same thoughts as Doug. Looks much better now.
I like this quite a bit. It's just plain interesting, and your 'development' is spot on.
Adam's suggestion is a good one. Try a 'scroll crop' about 1/2 " down to the point where the top of the dark middle rock meets the edge of the left frame. Makes a big difference to me, and looks a lot better.

Hey Richard- I like this image a lot after the suggested changes. The colors catch my eye- not the usual Antelope colors that you see posted. Keep up the good landscape work!

The sand falls is really cool and I really like the crop suggestion. If this were mine I would crop down further to the intersection of the walls just above the small brighter diamond shaped section.

I am in agreement on the suggestions, and the repost looks better. A really fine shot.
