Heres my eclipse at Teter rock in Kansas. This site was a guide post for the homesteaders searching for the Cottonwood river. The original rocks were torn down in the making of the town but have since been reconstructed.
I wish I could have backed up and shot it with a bigger lens but the hill drops off to fast behind me and by the time the eclipse was at its peak the Sun was behing the fence . Thanks for looking
Well, it is different. Timed exposure with camera movement?
But the other stuff isn't blurred.
I don't know either.
Neat? Yup....
the fisch
PS: I've been at Teter; don't remember the fence. Bad memory or something fairly new, say last 10 years??
Larry,
It was a 13 sec. exposure, it was the longest one of the day but I have never had that happen before. I would think if it was camera movement that it would be a whole lot due to it going all the way across the sensor like it does.
Yeah the fence really sucked, I might try and remove it but I bet it stays there at least for now. Might be good practice. This was my first time there so I really couldn't tell you how long it has been there. It is the only one around for miles though. So go figure.
