Willis
After Bryce, I went to Willis Canyon upon the recommendation of John M as it is dog friendly. I went late morning and the shallower, wider canyon presented some problems of direct light on the walls.

Thanks for looking. While not as colorful as antelope or narrow as Zebra, Willis has some interesteng spots in the 3 sets of narrows I hiked through.

Willis? All I can say is a better title might have been -what you talkin about Willis?

Cool series and looks like a neat place.

I love this place. Quiet, unassuming, and easy to get to. Nice series.

Another nice set, Doug. I don't remember seeing any images from here, so these are all new for me.

Neat stuff Doug! #2 is perfect, just a beautiful little intimate scene. I really like the light and comp in #3, but unfortunately the grubby tracked-up gravel in there takes away a bit of the magic for me. #5 is really nice with the sort of compositional counterpoint between the stream and the walls, and the two trees provide a nice contrast.

I also love this place and think you did a great job of capturing its essence.
I like each and every one of these, but my favorite is #4. While I like the extra height of #3, I'm not too keen on the amount of featureless foreground in that one. Did you use a polarizer in #3? I think some water sheen there might have been helpful as you have in #4.
I also like the way the canyon walls in #4 seem to zoom out and lead ones eye into the beautiful reflected light. In a perfect world, I would like to have seen you take two horizontal images in #4 and then stitch them together so we could see more of that light.
A special nod to #5 for such an elegant composition. I like that one a lot, though you might consider rotating it clockwise a bit so the trees appear to be growing straight.
