I have found one of my photos posted of two Squirrels I took without my permission!!! Someone using a name of "POPPY" uploaded it onto this PIXDAUS site.
They require you to join their site in order to file an infingement or whatever to try and have it removed.
Do I have any legal basis here? I have not filed for a true copyright, it takes money, but I do have the full series of raw files, shots leading up to and after the moment of this one take!
They charge members a monthly fee to download images from them!
Legally, it doesn't matter that you haven't formally registered them - you still own the copyright, and the site has to take them down if you request it.
If that doesn't get a response, then it might be trickier. The site is owned by someone in the UK :
A web search might find other contact information for that person.
Pixdaus seems to be a user supported site, and as such, users might post photos that aren't theirs. It's very common, and the website is only obligated to remove what it's requested to remove; This is much the same way YouTube, Pinterest, and many other "user content" sites operate. It's really the only way they can operate.

Anyway... I'd first try sending them a message to take down the offending images through their contact page :
