Latest from Yellowstone
My latest image from Yellowstone is of the Gibbon River. I consider the Gibbon one of the most beautiful rivers in Yellowstone and very easy to get to. With the rivers running full they make great reflecting pools. This image was taken near Norris Geyser Basin.

This image was double processed in raw. Shooting into the sunset and then processing the images is always a challenge but a learning experience also.

I would appreciate any comment you may have. Thanks

It's a beautiful image, Dean and you're right about the Gibbon. The curves in the oxbow bend flow nicely to the colorful cloudscape.

I think Dave nailed it about the river flowing to the clouds. Very nice Dean. This makes me want to grab my fly rod.

This one is about as good as it gets in my opinion. The talented photographer’s comp and conditions is mind-blowing. The Canon color here is mind-blowing as well. I would love to see this image with just a tad less vignette on the left side of the image. Everything seems about perfect, then it fades away to the left.. with more frame.. I can't tell if the vignette is the right way to go here. It leaves me wanting more maybe? And it’s there, but it fades. Just curious
