The 147th edition of Nature Photographers Online Magazine is now live and ready for your viewing pleasure!
This month's cover shot is an excellent photo of a grizzly and her cub by NPN member Andrew Sentipal. Simple yet effective, it strikes us as a classic wildlife photo - congratulations to Andrew for having it selected!
Contributing editor Alain Briot offers an essay that is not only of interest to nature photographers, but in our opinion of value to anyone who creates and markets their own work, regardless of what it might be. Be sure to check out Alain's Steps to Mastery essay!
NPN member David Hemmings offers insight into the incredible wildlife photography opportunities that exist on the Falkland Islands. Get a feel for what a trip there is like (in words and photos) in David's article Wildlife Photography - The Falkland Islands.
NPN on Facebook
If you have not already done so, be sure to check out NPN's Facebook page - a link to which can be found in the upper right corner. Along with announcing the Weekly Picks and monthly issues, we also run our new Critique of the Week where we ask non-members (or those whose membership has expired) to post their comments. We then select what we feel is the best critique and that person gets a complimentary 1-year NPN membership. If you have a photo that you would like to contribute for use in our COTW feature, feel free to forward it to editor@naturephotographers.net.
Thanks for taking a look at this latest edition of Nature Photographers Online Magazine - we hope you enjoy it!
