There's a fellow up in Taos who has compiled this rather monomaniacal labor of love, an attempt to visit every waterfall and cascade in New Mexico: http://www.dougscottart.com/hobbies/waterfalls.htm. I believe he recently put out a book devoted to waterfalls within a couple hours of Taos. I keep meaning to pick it up when I run across a copy.
