Palouse Falls State PArk
A great place to shoot in the evening. f8, 1/10, ISO 100, 16mm, tripod and remote.

Awesome drama Dean. I like the foreboding tone of the lighting. I'll have to check this on a better monitor, but on this work one the color in the sky/clouds is banding a little.

Hmm on my iPad the overall tone is darker. I will need to double check my monitor settings at home.

Grand looking landscape, Dean, but yes, some "funky" sky colors and dark shadows. You sure hit the sunset light jackpot.

This is a nice capture, it cries out for an HDR composit. :wavey:

If any of you have images of PALOUSE FALLS please post one or 2 here. Would love to see them. I looked at my original posted image in CS5 and then went to my website deanhuggins.com and the brightness is noticeably different from the post here. Have there been any complaints about this on this site?? I am posting another shot of Palouse Falls in a little series here.
