Spotted this on Twitter this morning:

The 20-30 miles a day rules me out(!), but I figured some of our more adventurous members may be interested.

(No connection - just something I stumbled on.)

Wow, I'm a big fan of Andrew and his adventures... but 20-30 miles a day, no thanks!

By the way, for those of you not familiar with Andrew Skurka and his long distance treks, you've got to check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMf7TypZwtc&feature=player_embedded

Jack, I thought 20-30 would be nothing for you considering all that you do. Sounds like an interesting opportunity, unfortunately my schedule is packed for the summer.

A remarkable individual !
Apparently 20-30 miles on trails no longer offers him a challenge, so he did the Alaska loop mostly off trail !!!
I really enjoyed Jack's National Geographic video link. Well worth ~30 minutes of your time.

Apparently he was overwhelmed with responses and the offer is closed--oh well!
