Here's the correct link.
I can't see much advantage for the photographer who already owns PS and who wants to just optimize images.
Obviously, the more of these apps one could use, the better the deal.
And of course, after one year the special offer expires and the price returns to $50/mo.
For $29.99. I think it should include HBO and Showtime. (joke)
I guess my issue / question with the cloud stuff is how connected you must be? I can enumerate the many situations where I may have no or spotty internet coverage on the road, even with my Wilson cel booster, antenna, and MiFi. Also, can you install it on your laptop and desktop? All this kinda sends me back to the buy-it-once camp.
Thanks for correcting the link, John. Not sure what went haywire.
I don't pounce on the latest, greatest software every year and was still working with PS2. I'm getting more into video and multimedia so this looked like a good deal for me. I've downloaded Photoshop CS 6, Lightroom 4.1, InDesign CS 6, Flash Professional CS 6, and Premiere Pro CS 6 Family. You can pretty much get the whole enchilada if you like. For $360/12 months use I can see it. I would spend more than that buying the programs and even more updating when needed. Ask me in a year and I'll know more.
You download the software to your computer, you don't need internet to run the software once it's been downloaded. Man, what a difference between PS 2 and CS 6. I feel like a cave man.
