Ramona Falls Hike
I'm teaching my oldest grandson some photography and he wanted to go take some pictures. Since neither of us have been to Ramona Falls, we hike up to that. A very pretty falls and different from what you see up the Columbia Gorge. We had a great time together and this is one of my shots from the falls.

That's a nice perspective Don. I like your comp and the light. Shutter speed and exposure are just right.

Ramona falls is just great. It is a fun hike and a really pretty falls. I don't like the composition options available there fore the most part, but as you demonstrate here, the shots that focus more on the details of the falls work out nicely.

Very nice - interesting composition too vs the normal straight on cliche.

Very nice Don!! I know how tough it is to get a decent comp, despite how amazing the falls are. This looks wonderful, my only nit being a couple of small blown areas (at least on this monitor). The tree hides those areas well, however.

Don... I really like this---to add to Johns comments--either clone out or crop the very upper right hand corner. Its really amazing how a really small thing can make an image so much better. Good job on the conp!

Very nice image of Ramona Don. I always like the comps here that include the trees. My only suggestion would be to slightly increase the saturation in the green moss.
