OT: Bulk Calendar Printing

I'm looking for recommendations for bulk calendar printing for resale. I create about 100 calendars every year and give some to friends and family while selling the others. This year I have more venues to sell from and I want to get more printed and at a higher profit margin. The places I've used in the past include vista print, lulu, mpix and costco with vista print delivering the best results. I'm looking for good quality wall calendars similar in look to what you find at most stores. Suggestions? pricing, quality, turn around time?
Thanks!

I'm not sure where Todd Caudle gets his from but they seem like very good quality...maybe He will see this and let you know.

@Todd As of right now somewhere around 500 but it really depends on the pricing.
