Mt Timpanogos
Went on a hike up the Primrose Cirque on Mt Timpanogos the other day here in Utah. My sunrise shots from the lower elevations didn't work out at all so these are from late morning up in the cirque after an excellent lung-busting hike. Thanks for looking and C&C if you want.

2 What a long strange trek it's been.

4 Was lucky enough to spend some time mingling with the locals. The herd was very close to me for about thirty minutes. I was only carrying my 18-70 lens so no super close ups.

I really enjoyed 1 and 5. Your color and comp is spot on Jeff and the images really showcase the Alpine feel. Just love those punchy greens, purples and reds.

Jeff, I like #5 most. The sweeping curve of the creek fits the comp well.
In the B/W #2, a consideration may be to open up the shadows of the left face just a little.
Looks like the lupine were plentiful, and the mountain goats are certainly a bonus in my book.

This is a real nice set of images, Jeff. #1 is my favorite because I like the placement of the trees, the waterfalls and the lush curves you captured. The flowers are the cherry on the cake. An excellent composition! #'s 3 & 5 fall close behind.
Sure is beautiful looking country! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Beautiful terrain for sure. Makes me want to visit there right now. Love the waterfall photo. The time of day when these were photographed isn't the most ideal, however you made it work to your advantage nicely with the great flower blooms and clouds in the sky. Thanks for sharing these with us!

I'm really digging #5... what a shot of paradise!
