I went to Glacier NP and Canada the week of the 4th. This was undoubtedly the best sunrise of the trip. Two Medicine Lake in the SE corner of Glacier. CC welcome as always. Thanks, Josh

Nice sunrise indeed! You did a great job of making the best of the choppy conditions by accentuating that wave action in the foreground.

Awesome shot. You can almost surf on those waves. How windy was it?

Wow, excellent and dramatic capture! I love the waves and kiss of red in the foreground. My eyes immediately go to the beautiful clouds in this image and I can't help noticing that the reds are oversaturated and washed out - are you able to dial the saturation back a bit and reclaim some detail in them?
This is an epic sunrise that you witnessed and captured! I also like the dynamic waters.
As noted, the red channel was pretty clipped in the clouds. If you could recover that info.,
I think this image would benefit greatly for it.
I like the different perspective on this location. Specifically I like how the longer focal length emphasizes the scale of the mountains. I also like the way that you have captured the wave action in the water. Oh yeah, and that light...that is spectacular.
Thanks for the feedback guys. It was very windy there, about half the shots I got during this are worthless due to camera shake. Thankfully I got a few that are ok. I had hoped for still reflections on the lake, but since that wasn't happening, I tried to work with it and capture some of the wave action. Here is a second edit with the red in the clouds toned down. Thanks there, more natural looking now. Some of the pinkest clouds I've ever seen that morning.
