Great Crested Newt Larva (taken under licence)
Still plodding on with the freshwater stuff. Biggest problem is minute particles in the water. Using small pumps now which seems to help. Still trying different back drops .

I think this back drop works very well, John. The larva is also properly out in the open, as they do in the wild. The various bits of particles and bits on the glass are still noticeable, but I do not think you can ever eliminate them entirely.

Plenty of hard work and experience gone into taking this, though it does seem a bit flat to me. Excellent 2D image, which may soon be redundant. UltraD is on its way.
