I got my rain cover and hydration sleeve from F-Stop today!!! I ordered it FEBRUARY 13th.

They definitely need to work on customer service. They have a great product but I don't know if it's worth waiting for. Sheeesh!

Yep, the most common beef with f-stop is their crazy slow turnaround times. They do have a great product but they've got serious supply chain issues.

Imagine how successful they would be with a good supply chain. I picked up an ICU with the thought of ordering a bag from them but more and more I'm getting away from that idea. Hey Jack, you need a large Pro ICU? Cheap?

I thought they were slow when they took 3 months to deliver my bag with the NPN group order !
They claimed to have things under control after that, but I've only heard about continuing delays from everyone.
Too bad. Great product. I LOVE mine.

Thats crazy, I ordered my ICU and got it 5 days later, in Canada no less.. This was earlier in July.

Call them first when you you're looking to order. If they have it in stock, it's a pretty quick turnaround. If they don't have it, you never know when the next shipment from their manufacturer is going to come in...

6 months? Did they charge your card now, or 6 months ago?

Crap. I just ordered a pack from them about a week ago. They said: "around" November. Now I'm really worried! It's like they've got one guy sewing all these packs.

Rodney, they charged my card now..that's how I knew it was coming. The confirmation from them came the next day. Jack, It is worth the wait,if you can..they are awesome packs!
