OT: Aloha Homies.
After well over 10 years of wanting to move to the Big Island of Hawaii, we finally did it.

We are on the Hilo side and loving every minute. Thought I would post an image of one of our new neighbors, he lives just few minutes down the road.

Ron, I'm coming to your island in November. Care to give me some tips on where to go? It will be part wedding anniversary vacation, part photography trip.

Thanks guys. I am surprised at myself that I was able to 'let go' of Colorado. This place is AWESOME! So glad we made the move. Hey, it's easy to catch a flight to Colorado when I need to shoot the quarry, mountains, etc. Besides, we have Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa which reache almost 14,000 feet. Not just 6,000 more feet while you are already at 8,000 feet....almost 14,000 feet from where you stand! Cool.

Scott...shoot me an email at ronbaileyphotography at live dot com and I'll help out as much as I can. I've found some really cool 'local' places that you guys might really like. My wife and I and can show you guys some cool stuff to shoot on the island.
