Effective immediately, the Man & Nature and Landscape galleries will be team moderated. The team is composed of Bill Chambers, Eva McDermott, Lon Overacker, Abdullaziz Bin Ali and Kah Kit Yoong. Each week, one team member will make the Weekly Pick selections for both galleries.
The reason for this new approach is as follows;
1. Since every person has a different opinion on photography, we will have greater diversity in the style of photos selected for WPs.
2. The M&N and Landscape galleries contain photography that are very similiar. While no HOM (hand of man) is allowed in the Landscape gallery, the M&N gallery is specifically intended for Landscape photos that do contain HOM. Thus, the same group of moderators will rotate through both galleries to make the WPs and offer their critiques on the photos posted.
On behalf of the NPN membership, our sincere thanks to the team for their time and effort, and for making NPN such a great place to post and discuss our photography!
