Hi,
I'm amazed at the resolution of this D2X, this is about four megapixels of the twelve and the beak is full of aphids of which you can zoom in and see their legs! Blown away or what.

Tim
D2X, 300mm F4, 1/400 at F/6.3

Another good 'un Tim - nicely exposed - good composition and background - and the aphids are a nice bonus!

I've never even come close to getting a picture of a LTT - flitting around as they do - and to do it with a 300 - hats off mate!

Had a bit of trouble recognising this species with that false bill it's wearing

Very nice indeed all round :toast: :toast: :jump:

Hi Tim nice image and yes it is kind of amazing how much detail that little sensor can record, after 60,000 + exposure's I think I'm finally happy with mine.

Phillip.

Nice one Tim glad to hear you are liking your D2X., but what about your poor old D2h?
Obviously the LTT must have brushed past your nose at the time. :toast:

D2X or D2H this would always be an outstanding image well captured, exposed and good use of OOF background
