Do to the overwhelming delay with the f stop bags, does anyone have any experience with the clik elite backpacks particulary the escape backpack?

I have a Clik Elite Nature backpack that I use for day hikes. Its not modular like the f-stop but its the best photo/hiking bag I've owned. The big problem I had with the f-stop back is that there was no way to adjust the pack to fit me -- I'm tall. I actually called both companies and while f-stop's was ok, the guys at Clik Elite actually took the time to get the bag, adjust the torso length and measure it for me. The bag itself is super comfortable and the harness system is better than my "real" backpack. Its not super lightweight, but if you are used to Lowepro products like I was, its a feather.

Clik Elite and F-Stop are my two favorite bag companies...so I'd say you can't go wrong with either!

I have a Clik Elite Pro Express and like it a lot. It's very durable, comfy to carry, and I think Clik's lens cradle dividers are the best dividers I've ever worked with. What I like best about Clik is the buckle system that allows you to use a Clik Chest Pack that snaps right to the harness. I wish the Express was about 10% larger but it's not so I have a Telephoto Chest Pack that increases the capacity.
I've been intrigued by the Contrejour 35 and Contrejour 40 packs. They appear to have a front entry system like the F-Stop packs but also have a quick access side entry. I wish I knew someone who owns one that I could take a look at.
Bottom line, I'm tickled to death with my Clik Elite. I got all ate up with the thought of getting an F-Stop but I've decided to stick with my Clik.

I used the Clik Elite Hiker backpack for over a year and was generally happy with it. Most of their packs are heavier than they need to be but the suspension is pretty good and they're durable. Their service is excellent, too.

I had Bret's "used" Clik Elite for about a year and a half before switching to F-Stop, again with Bret's endorsement. I found the pack to be extremely comfortable and easy to adjust. It had tons of room for extras and set well on the hips, taking a lot of pressure off my back. A great pack overall!

I would also say that the belt buckle broke and I called customer support and the problem was solved very quickly!
