No fishing today
By special request, never having had a previous request to post an image I just could not resist.

I previously posted this image on Man and Nature the images are removed after a set period of time. It invoked a good deal of comment from the USA. They too know the story.

I used the image to highlight the devistating events legislation can wreek on families and small businesses family incomes age old communities.

All around our coastal areas.

Progress?? Not for some.

I like the viewpoint Barry, it sets off the boat well against the sky and has seperated the pot from the boat. Perhaps a touch flat and in need of a little extra sharpening but nothing that a little pp work couldn't solve. I quite agree about the amount of legislation in the fishing industry.

It certainly tells a story. Nits already covered, and easily dealt with.

Does look a tad flat to me to Barry. Having the crew and or, with their families standing beside her, would, I think, really driven the nail home.

I really like this one, Barry. The POV works really well and as already mentioned the small nits can be sorted.

Great shot Barry and agree with POV comments. My personal view would be to take some off the top which would add more impact for the boat and remove a dead area as there are no clouds in the top section.
