I haven't posted a photo in a long time and need to get back in the habit. Here's a one taken just north of Mead along I-25 on my way home from a road trip a little over a week ago. There had been a few small wildfires that caused haze over the mountains. The partly cloudy skies and late afternoon sun provided the nice light beams. More photos coming soon!

I like the layers and beams in the lower half of the image, and could see a pano crop of it to eliminate the bright spots up top.

Such a familiar sight for me during my summer commute between home and Loveland-- one of my favorite views.

Wonderful moment! I like the beams radiating upwards, and so would not crop down from the top. I know smoke can give the sky an orange appearance, but I'm wondering if this is a bit too orange given the time of day. Looking forward to more of your images!
