Thanks for your comments on my last image. This one was taken a couple of weeks ago when the heather started to turn purple.
Nikon D300s @ 330 mm, iso 400, F4, 1/200 sec on a tripod.

A beautiful image, Sandra. The lovely soft light and complimentary colours make the shot for me, very good eye contact too.

The muted colours work nicely. I like the crop, you could even take a little more off the top of you wanted.

Hi Sandra, love the soft, gentle colours on this, the heather works well against the bluish red of the BKG. Agree with David on a slight crop off the top.
