Sunrise
Had to stop and shoot this on the way home from work the other day. I missed the one last week, where the sun was florescent red due to the fires around here and the cascades. With the 70-200 lens and the 2x on it, it showed more of the yellow sun then the red that is was. I didnt mess with the picture much except to crop and add contrast. And of course to clean the dust bunnies. Not much, just a point and shoot really. But i like the colors. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I like it! If it was mine i'd make it a pano and put it in my office.

Love the silhouette of the trees, sky and sun! Very nice indeed. This would make a very inspiring large print that I would be proud to own.

Oh, boy! That's really something, Cliff. I like the suggestion of a pano presentation. It looks great.

And thanks for your comment on "Homing Sailor." Always appreciate knowing if my images evoke particular feelings or thoughts.

This is great Cliff! I love the silhouetted trees with the red behind. Like others have said, I would be proud to have this hanging on my office wall.

Super shot, Cliff. Love the color and the silhouetted trees. I think a pano effect would make it stand out more.

Awesome. Perfect use of the silhouette, and the composition/color are spot-on.
