Transitions
With the smoke curtailing some landscape images last week, I turned my lens to the ground. Camp boredom turned out somewhat creative.
With that done, I heading out again for the grand landscapes of the San Juans.

I love it Ken! What a great idea and I like that they are not uniform! The placement of the single green leaf is awesome. Two tumbs up from me!

Stunning! Sometimes we all tend to get caught up in the Grand Landscape and forget to check out the details. Nice work.

Awesome, Ken! Reminds me of Andy Goldsworthy's work. Besides the color gradation, you really got the leaves to form a perfect pattern for the frame.

I have mixed feelings--i kind of prefer the natural orderings to the manmade ones--but this is sure pretty

Thanks for the comments. One never is quite sure how a pile of leaves is going to be accepted, particularly from this group of primarlly landscape photographers. I starting to believe my niche in photography is finding subjects I normally step on

Extremely well put together, captured, and presented. The color gradations are great!
