Mouth of Columbia wave (Little Beach)

I am again spending time in Seaview, WA where the surrounding photo opportunities are unbelievable. This was taken this AM at the Waikiki Beach (I have always called it little beach)located at the foot of the North Jetty at the mouth of the Columbia. I was the only one there from 7:00 am until 9:00 am when a man and his lab showed up for about 1/2 hour. The sunrises and sunsets have been wonderful; especially the sunrises at the mouth of the Chinook River and over the cranberry bogs (golden sun through the fog).

The wave looks awesome, Jim. Nice going. The other photo ops sound idyllic. Show us the cranberry bogs if you get one you'd like to share.

This is awesome Jim. The way the wave builds from the corner to that crystal sharp guy in the center is perfect.
