Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
On my visit to Yellowstone, I had to make a mid-morning stop at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Hey, I visit the overlooks too

:smile:

Being cloudless, I did the best by excluding any sky and just photographing the falls.

Neat! been there one time, did you make it to the upper falls?

I only had one day in the park back in May of 2010. But I made it a point of getting to both the upper & lower falls. They are not to be missed. :smile:

It amazes me how anyone who takes a picture at this beautiful place......the pictures always seems to look like a painting. Something with the colors I guess. Darren, we too have visited these overlooks but the view is just to good to pass them up!
