Morning patrol
D7000 500mm f4 ISO 400 1/4000s at f8 tripod

Taken on Mull earlier this year. Taken early in the morning as the SEO was out looking for a breakfast snack. All C+C warmly welcomed as always

Now lets get picky :smile:
Maybe the bird a tiny bit bigger in frame and a tad to the left of the frame(only a smidge)
And lighten the dark patch( My eye keeps going to it now :biggrin: )
No big deal- still a good grab.
Just my personal opinion- you did ask :smile: :wink: :toast: :toast:

Lovely SEO shot Nick. I am fine with the comp but agree with John on the dark patch. Looking forward to seeing more of these wonderful owls over the coming winter :wink:

A lovely image Nick. I too would make an adjustment to the comp but I would opt to crop a little off the bottom. :toast: :toast:
