I might be in the area of Grand Island, Neb. in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone knows when the Sandhill Crane migration happens there? It would be great if it would coincide with my time there. If soo any tips or best locations? If not, any other locations I should checkk out while there?

Thanks

Ken, I've only been there for the spring migration myself. Don't have the website handy but Google the Nebraska Nature & Visitors Center (Alda, NE), I'm sure they will have some info on the migration status. They even maintain some blinds along with the Illian Rowe Audubon Nature Sanctuary (Gibbons, NE). Both places should be updating their sites with migration info. Good luck.
