Lovely shot Nick
As I keep saying all I have here are trees- and more trees etc. I do miss having the chance to do stuff like this. never mind.

Many thanks JR. When I get good days here I am always torn between landscape and wildlife and to be honest my landscape photography usually suffers!

Great sky, and I love the way you have used the stream to lead the eye towards the centre of the picture. I would like some sort of figure to give it scale, but it doesn't look as though they were easy to come by around there.

Many thanks David. I don't usually put human figures into my landscape images as I feel that they detract from the sense of wildness that I try to convey but I do know what you mean by scale. Saying that some walkers did walk past me yesterday morning and I was asked what my interest was as I was stood there with my camera on a tripod pointing at a bloody great mountain! I was sorely tempted to reply "trainspotting" but it was just too nice a day to be sarcastic.

Gorgeous one that. Someone needs to plant a tree!

Hi Nick,
I didn't necessarily mean a human figure, sheep or stag would have done nicely, but neither easy to organise I know.
