Hope everybody out there is doing well. I havent posted in awhile but have still been busy taking photos. Been a crazy year between work, travel, a photo show and having all of my camera gear stolen in Budapest back in May. Posting on the monthly topic above I thought I would bring you up to date with my current work. I have collected the images (not much nature in there) from the past couple years of trips here .
I am hoping to catch up with this crew sometime soon. Wish I could join on the get together on the 28th but cant due to previous commitments. Hopefully I can join on the next one.
This image was taken a few weeks back at the closing of the fountains in Peterhof, Russia. Our guide Julia told us that we would be visiting the famous fountains at Peterhof on one of the two nights yearly when they mark the closing of the fountains with fireworks. We waited with thousands of people until about 9:30P when they finally triggered the finale.

Hi Richie. Good to hear from you. This collection of images is simply incredible! I could spend hours looking through these, and you could fill a gallery with all the amazing shots you've captured. Wow. Great work!

Fabulous images Rich. Good to see you back on the board. When is the coffee table book coming out?
Wow!! JackB/JackG/Brett/Bill - Thanks for the compliments. I always love looking at all of your images (and JackB - I spend quite a bit of time drooling over your images from your site. My shortlist trip to Scandanavia will require a conversation or two for sure.)
I have really loved going after these images. As I travel I think my list of places to visit keeps getting longer and longer (and seeing new images from people on this board doesn't help make the list shorter). I am really hoping to catch up with many of you out on the board over the next few months. I am hoping to get out to the desert sometime soon (with or without camera) just to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet.
@Dave - I have really been working on this portfgolio hard fgor the past few years. Seems everytime I go on a trip I just figure out more places i need to visit and photograph. BTW - I love your work and more so your commitment to environmental causes.
@Stan - Thanks. I have many things I still want to get into my portfolio. One of which is still a nice big honking tornado (with your help of course).
@Doug - Thanks. OK I admit it I have an affinity with doors and arches and better yet combining the two together. LOL.
Anyone out there who I know and might be interested feel free to add me to FB. I would love to find out what people are up to and catch up.
Quit your day job!!!!! You seriously need an art rep to get you a one man show in some prestigious gallery.

Your travel photography is stunning.
The church interiors are especially well done.
My favorites are the Spilled Blood Church mosaics. What incredible colors !

This is truly an awesome collection of images, Richie. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks again all. I hope to hookup with the group one one of the upcoming activites (thanks to the mods and Anne for getting together so many new activities).
