Padley Gorge
:wavey:

Went for a day trip to Peaks yesterday. Weather was a bit hit and miss but in between the rain managed a few different photographs. I think this my favourite of the day.

As ever all C&C welcomed

Hi Phil, a nice Autumnal image this. The milky brown water is lovely! Perhaps a lower viewpoint would have been better, but may not have been possible, a thumbs up from me! :toast:

I'm not normally a fan of low shutter speed waterfalls, but this I like, probably because of the HDR treatment. Excellent.

Neat looking image Phil :toast: :toast:

Doesn't have a very "HDR - ish" look to it.

Fancy not popping over for a brew :wavey:

I think I would prefer more bottom and less top, the texture of the water is rather nice.

Good looking image, Phil. I also think framing just below the tree line would also look good, placing the very top waterfall in the corner makes for a good lead in, but hey, I'm no landscaper so no nits from me as posted.

Superb image and the lower rocks make a great lead in. Did you use a big ND grad?

Thanks all for you comments I will experiment with the differant comps suggested next time, Craig I have never seen a dipper! will keep my eye out, Andy I will drop you a line next time I am planning a day trip. Nick just a low ISO and a polarizer to cut reflections out also gives a couple of stops. :wavey: :toast: :toast:
