Ready to be roasted !
Landscapes .. luv em' but ain't much good at them. I thought this might be a little out of context in a Nature forum but then we are happy to accept old buildings within the landscape so why not something a little more modern. This is a local house on the cliff top at Druidston Haven which has been built in an effort to blend in with nature. My wife calls it the 'Teletubby House' although I believe it does have a grander name
This was taken handheld in late afternoon light back in January this year whilst walking the dogs. The sun does naturally spot light the building and I enhanced the effect with a vignette.
Not my usual sort of thing so quite happy to be ripped apart.

Well thats certainly different Robert! As you say not really a nature shot but it does tell a story and it reminds me of a giant eye and I think you have presented it very well. Perhaps sell a copy to the owners?

Dont sell a copy to them, cos they will know you took their house and they will take you to the cleaners :) Interesting house though, must have a great view!

Perfect title, bet it gets pretty warm by the middle of the day, nicely done, Robert.

What a house! Must be fairly depressing in their when it's bucketing down with rain outside!

Thanks all for your comments. It is an unusual little house and not somewhere I would like to live. The glass wall is duplicated on the other side, facing the road, which means that people on the road can look right through. Like a lot of these buildings it is a holiday home so isn't in every day use.
